Privacy

The short version: this site collects almost nothing.

No cookies, no trackers

Sail Florida! sets no cookies. There are no ad trackers, no social-media pixels, and no third-party fonts: everything the site loads comes from sailflorida.com and Cloudflare, which hosts it. The site stores two small things in your browser's local storage: your light-or-dark theme choice, and the last city or region page you visited, so the homepage can drop you back there. Neither leaves your device.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first: it counts page views without collecting personal information, fingerprinting your device, or following you across other sites.

The newsletter

If you join the newsletter, your email address is stored with Buttondown, the service that sends it, and is used for nothing except sending you the newsletter. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Email

If you write to hello@sailflorida.com, we keep the thread so we can reply. Your address isn't added to any list or shared with anyone.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived operational logs (as any host does) to run and protect the service.

This page is updated whenever any of the above changes. Last reviewed July 2026.
